Churches of Christ in Victoria and Tasmania Inc reflects a relationship between Churches of Christ in both Victoria and Tasmania. The relationship is governed by this agreement:

CCVT Annual General Meetings are governed by the CCVT Inc Constitution. They are run in conjunction with other annual CCVT events, collectively known as the CCVT Summit each year in May. 

Special General Meetings can be arranged as required at other times of the year, also governed by the CCVT Inc Constitution.

The activities of the Properties Corporation are governed by this Act of Victorian Parliament.
