Bayview Care

Bayview Care was established to love, resource, support and advocate for those living on the southern Mornington Peninsula. Our programs assist individuals and families develop the skills and gain the supports they need to create a successful future, one that they themselves may have possibly only dreamed of. By being an active presence and partnering with other local community organisations, Bayview Care aims to bring hope and dignity to those experiencing disadvantage. 

Our programs are accessible to all regardless of their race, gender, cultural, religious background or sexual orientation with a focus on assisting those impacted by:

  • Relationship breakdown
  • Financial hardship
  • Trauma
  • Domestic violence
  • Emotional and behavioral issues

Our programs currently include:

Community Mentoring, Education & Training

  • COACH: a community mentoring program for individuals, families, children and young people
  • Bounce Back: an affordable transitional housing program for families at risk of domestic violence or homelessness, focusing on developing the life skills of participants in the program
  • Seminars: relationship, parenting, budgeting and life-skill seminars and workshops

Children & Families

  • MusicTime: an interactive, fun program for babies through to kinder age kids and their parents/carers introducing children to music and creativity
  • Rosebud Early Learning: a childcare centre catering for 92 children from the ages of six weeks to five years of age, preparing them for school… and for life!

Health & Wellbeing

  • Fitness Class: group exercise programs and nutritional support tailored to individual needs


  • Rosebud Secondary College Wellbeing Support Program: youth worker support for Rosebud Secondary College’s Wellbeing Team
  • Breakfast Club: providing free breakfasts to students at Rosebud Secondary College
  • The Tribe: a safe space supporting the social, emotional and relational development of young people in Years 7-12
