Seed Funding

Do you have a vision for how your church or agency can engage in new ways with your neighbourhood, reach those in need, and live out Jesus’ Good News for people who are poor, marginalised, or in distress?

Seed Funding is a way to kick start your church or agency’s new social initiative, and to be a sign, witness, and foretaste of the Kingdom of God in your local neighbourhood.

Funded projects include

  • Community meals
  • Emergency relief
  • Grief counselling for people experiencing distress such as homelessness or other hardship

and many others.

Grants of $2 500 or $5 000 are available for CCVT affiliated organisations with the goal of supporting public benevolent work in the local neighbourhood.

2017 applications for Seed Funding open May 1 and close May 31 at 5pm.
