CMA | Q4

Wednesday, 2 November 2016

CMA (Christian Ministry Advancement) is launching a new initiative called Q4Connection. The purpose of Q4, which stands for the fourth quarter, is to equip Australian Christians to impact their world for God’s kingdom in the next phase of life.

Average life expectancy for Australians is currently 81 for men and 85 for women. This means that women begin their fourth quarter at about 65 and men at about 60. The ABS tells us that 800 Australian Baby Boomers retire every day, about 15% of whom are Christian. This a huge potential kingdom of God workforce. While recreation and enjoyment will be part of any retirement the Bible says that for those of us who seek to follow Jesus there is more.

CMA has a vision of Australia transformed by thousands of fourth-quarter Christians who know where they fit in God’s plan; who are equipped for that role; and are connected to the people, organisations and resources they need to impact their world for God’s kingdom. If you would like to find out more about Q4, which will be launched at a series of events around Australia in early 2017, you can log on to or contact Paul Arnott at or on 0468 605 617.
