2016 Census

Wednesday, 5 October 2016

The annual Census for affiliated churches and agencies will be distributed in early October, and is due back to CCVT by the end of November. We explore a range of important topics in this Census and look forward to timely and complete responses to help us best prepare into and throughout 2017 so that we can all be Safe Places for everyone.

As the Census is one way of fulfilling Affinity, it is important to note that it requires an ‘official’ response from churches and agencies, rather than an ‘administrative’ response. We do understand however that each church will process this document differently. It is important that the finished ‘product’ is a true and accurate record of your current circumstances, verified as requested.

We thank leaders in advance for taking the time to gather the important information sought in the 2016 Census. We hope we have given appropriate time for its completion, including the opportunity for at least one meeting of your leaders to consider it.

Churches and agencies are asked to return their completed Census form and most recent annual report including financials by November 30, 2016.

The Census is sent out electronically as a Word document so responses can be entered directly. If you would prefer a paper version please feel free to print it or request one from Elia via or 03 9488 8800.
