Northern Community Church of Christ (NCCC) commenced in 1999 through the amalgamation of four churches. Since that time, NCCC has at its heart a commitment to explore meaningful ways to engage with its surrounding community. Northern Community CareWorks Ltd (NCC) is the community arm of Northern and currently hosts five activities providing training for job seekers, practical community service and creates a wide range of site-made products. The two CareWorks Op Shops are well known in the area and are a fantastic means of supporting the community through giving pre-loved products a new home.
Essential to this role will be a demonstrable experience in administration and MYOB; a commitment to best practice in the oversight and operation of the office and the ability to supervise diverse teams in meeting the administrative requirements in a dynamic space. As an integral part of the CareWorks Team, you will have the opportunity to bring recommendations to the CareWorks Manager and work towards the successful running of the office and training of its workers.
You will work 3-4 days (Monday-Thursday), ranging from 15-20 hrs per week, and be asked to cover other days in the office as required.
